Conexus Design worked with Avenue Development to conceptualize a 4-story, 162 unit facility. The proposed use of the facility would be leasable apartments for senior adults. Community amenities include a medical office, strength and cardio area, clubhouse, business center, small food establishment, outdoor pool, bocce court, pickle ball court, dog park, grill and activity areas.
