  • Change of Occupancy from Existing Restaurant Use to Medical Office Space

  • Complete interior demolition except for existing exterior envelope and structural system.

  • Replacement of HVAC systems, Modification of Electrical Services, Relocation of internal Plumbing services

  • Envelope Repairs (including Exterior Doors, EIFS, Painting and Roof Replacement)

  • New Walls, Doors with Hardware, Casework, Finishes (Floors, Paint and Ceilings)
